To use the ki777 platform, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. ki777 reserves the right to close accounts that do not comply with these requirements.

1.1 Core Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must have full legal capacity and the ability to enter into contracts in your own name.
• Only one account may be registered in your name. Multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with applicable local laws and regulations.
• You must confirm that you are playing for yourself and using your own funds.

1.2 Prohibited Persons

• ki777 employees, contractors, or members of their immediate families may not participate in betting on the platform.
• Those whose accounts were previously closed due to fraud may not register again.
• ki777 reserves the right to reject any registration request without giving a reason.

ki777 supports popular payment methods readily available in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical error, contact support immediately.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance (see Section 4 for details).
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• ki777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any withdrawal in the case of suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Each game has its own applicable rules — please read them before playing.
• If a betting round is cancelled due to a technical error, the bets for that round will be refunded.

• In the event of any dispute regarding game results, our server records will be treated as the final evidence.

5.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

• All sports bets must be confirmed before the event begins (except for live betting).
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• Betting is available for all international cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup.
• Odds for sports betting are subject to change — the odds at the time of confirming the bet will apply.

5.3 Fraud and Match-Fixing Prohibited

• Using bots, automated software, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Colluding with other players is strictly prohibited.

• ki777 is not liable for financial losses arising from a player's own decisions.
• Under no circumstances shall ki777's total liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

9.2 Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify ki777 against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your actions.
• The user is responsible for bearing any legal costs incurred due to a breach of these terms and conditions.

11.1 Notice of Changes

• Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect will be considered automatic acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

11.2 Severability Clause
